Comfort from Recycled Materials

Fusion flex is Lokatara's innovative rebonded foam produced using recycled footwear manufacturing waste. Fusion flex possesses similar characteristics to conventional foam but is more environmentally friendly due to its recycled content. It is ideal for various applications, particularly as the core material in comfortable and durable recycled foam mattresses.

Our Woodchips are composed of a finely selected mix of tropical woods and sourced exclusively from Indonesia, delivered with high quality and consistency, suitable for various applications.
We Able to provide high-quality woodchip in big volumes. In order to obtain high-quality woodchips, we finely control production to ensure :

  • Optimal humidity range of 35% to 45%
